What We’re Looking For
-
Strong phone presence — friendly, confident, and calm
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Prior CSR or dispatch experience in home services preferred (plumbing/HVAC a plus)
- Comfortable learning scheduling and dispatch software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- Team-focused with strong follow-through
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key part of our daily operations.
- Answer inbound calls and messages and schedule service appointments
- Dispatch and adjust technician schedules based on urgency, location, and availability
- Communicate clearly with technicians throughout the day (ETAs, updates, job notes)
- Keep customers informed when schedules change or delays occur
- Enter accurate notes and job information into our system
- Make follow-up and confirmation calls to ensure a great customer experience
- Work closely with the team to keep each day running smoothly
